Introduction
The Vx194x is a 5.1 Megapixel, 2.25 μm global shutter image sensor designed for large field of views (FoVs) and in-cabin monitoring, including Driver Monitoring Applications. Leveraging from pre-eminent 3D stacking and ST patented processes, it performs outstandingly in the NIR (940 nm) and visible region. It combines global shutter and rolling shutter technology with HDR and RGB IR capabilities.
These powerful and flexible features enable it to be widely used in many application areas, such as DMS/OMS, 3D sensing, smart cities, video surveillance, traffic monitoring, and industrial automation.
High-performance USB3 (UVC) design allows you to easily install on almost all operating systems without driver limitations.
